    Parking is major issue here at Cengal Condominium, as most of the residents have more cars than one or two. Some units come with a car park, and others come with two. Hence, you can spot long lines of cars along the roadsides at all times. These cars are not only owned the residents, but also residents of Sri Penara Apartment and Cemara Apartment. This also causes difficulty for residents to access the condominium as the roads become narrow. Besides parking, residents' attitude is quite a problem here. Most of them are students, young executives who just started working and even young couples. Hence, these bachelors' pads sometimes make noise in the middle of the night. Some of them are also irresponsible by damaging the condominium properties and throw garbage everywhere. The atmosphere in the area is extremely busy and noisy. The area is jam packed with people all the time. As you can see, this condominium is surrounded by commercial hubs and high density low-cost apartments. For quieter environment within Bandar Sri Permaisuri, perhaps you should look for Vista Amani and Astana Lumayan (future development). The price of Cengal Condominium has flown around RM230,000 to RM290,000. Yet, sometimes there are auction units in the market being reserved at RM205,000. Within similar budget, one can actually opt for better condominiums with better surrounding in Ampang, Damansara and Petaling Jaya area. However, its location that is near to almost everything makes this condominium in demand.
