Awana Puri is very well managed, as the management body of Awana Puri Management Corporation (APMC) took over the administration and management of the condominium from the developer, Natwest, in 2007. Since then, the residents have taken good care of the premises and has erected various rules and regulated the administration of the property.Awana Puri has seen good appreciation rate in the past few years, as in the year 2010, the smallest units were only selling at approximately RM210,000. Three years later units are selling at a price at least double of that.
