    Sri Kenny is one of the very few residential in Kenny Hills that situated within walking distance to The Mall, PWTC and Putra Komuter station. But anyone who can afford a unit here, would most likely find very little use of public transportation.Even though it is strategically located in an exclusive neighborhood that offers lush greenery and high privacy, only the super rich could actually afford to live in this enclave. Besides that, due to its exclusivity and home to many prominent politicians, one can hardly find commercial activities in Kenny Hills. Investment wise, Sri Kenny is more affordable compared to Intan Kenny and Tijani 2 North. Besides, the rental also seems more affordable, which allow landlord to cast a wider net over the expat pool.
