    Even though Sri Bukit Tunku is 1.5-decade old, it is well maintained by the management. The area is calm and feels like miles away from the bustling city centre even though it is just next door. It is a good choice for ones who are looking for an escapade from the city headache. Comparing it to Sri Kenny, the latter is far more expensive (both price and rental rate) as it is a bit newer and comes with more facilities.
