Most of the residents at Vista Komanwel are future doctors studying in IMU, while others are newlyweds and young executives. You can get good rental income if you are able to find IMU's foreigner students to rent your house, as they are quite plenty of them staying here.Parking is an issue at Vista Komanwel. Rows of cars being parked outside of the condominium is a common sight every day. These cars are not only owned by the residents, but also people who commute to work from Sri Petaling LRT station. Besides that, some owners claimed that their units have water leakage from the wall, in the bathroom and at the ceiling.
