    Fronting the 80-acre Bukit Jalil Recreational Park with a birds-view of the Bukit Jalil Golf and Country Resort, The Treez is a definite sanctuary for each of us. Surrounded by lush greenery on a high elevated land and adding its green features, one can surely enjoy the peacefulness and the breathtaking view of the area. Indeed, this is a great concept by the developer to highlight green concept of living.However, the price of The Treez seems a bit on the high side. Numerous condominiums here are tagged below its launch price. For example Covillea is priced from RM378,988 for its 1,293 sf condominium unit (in the end of 2009). However, The Treez is targeted for different target segment – more towards families who want to stay within green surrounding like a landed property, but with full condominium facilities.
