Indeed, this is a great concept by the developer to highlight green concept of living.However, the price of The Treez seems a bit on the high side. Numerous condominiums here are tagged below its launch price. For example Covillea is priced from RM378,988 for its 1,293 sf condominium unit (in the end of 2009). However, The Treez is targeted for different target segment – more towards families who want to stay within green surrounding like a landed property, but with full condominium facilities.
