The Andes is the name of a freehold development located in the borderline between Bukit Jalil and Puchong, and is currently expected to be completed in 2018.     发展商Villamas之前推出的几个楼盘,因素质和造工差劣而惹来恶评如潮,譬如Serin Residency和Atmosfera是最多人投诉的楼盘。看来Villamas必须加紧努力摆脱这些负面形象。The Andes以地点来说,首先面对交通堵塞问题,原本那条不算宽敞的马路在繁忙时段十分拥挤,日后有更多住宅项目落成后,情况会进一步恶化。让人较为欣慰的是目前此区的人口密度不高,而且靠近兴建中的捷运站,而生活设施也不成问题。此外,发展商开辟一条新路通往旧区,这对潜在买家或租户来说,肯定是一大加分。
