    Analysis

    The values of the houses in Taman Esplanad have risen significantly over the years. When the development was first launched, the terrace units were only selling for about RM450,000 which was quite affordable for most potential buyers. But now it has reached the millions and one will not be able to find it selling for under a million even in the market right now. As for the bungalows, it was selling about RM1,600,000 a few years back and has appreciated to over RM2,000,000 in these recent years. An important factor that has affected the increase in value is the improvement of the OUG linkage that has provided much traveling convenience to the residents there.

    Taman Esplanad的房子过去几年升幅惊人,当初排屋的推售价大约是RM450,000,但现在已过百万,想在公开市场物色百万以下的卖盘几乎不可能。即使是洋房,前几年不过卖RM1,600,000,现在没有RM2,000,000以上根本没人放盘。带动房价快速上涨的诱因是华联花园的道路连接性大有改善,可连贯这里的住户通往其他地区。
