    Serai is a development of Bandar Raya Development (BRDB), a firm which has developed numerous project within the vicinity of Bangsar. Among the firm's proud developments are Menara Bangsar, Bangsar Indah, Bangsar Aman, Tivoli Villas, Bangsar Puteri, Sri Penaga, Bangsar Hill, Palmyra, One Menerung and The Troika. Serai was launched in mid 2012 with a launch price of RM1,300 to RM1,500 psf. This was due to the fact that this development is located in the final prime land of Bangsar.Even though Serai had an initial price of RM4,000,000 and above, yet almost half of the properties were sold out within few months. In addition, both penthouses were priced at RM22,000,000 each. This properties were mainly targeted at big shots and it is well known that properties in Kuala Lumpur has good capital appreciation. The price of this property should be doubled once the property is completed in the year 2016.
