The unique hill slope landscape offers its residents an incomparable view of Kuala Lumpur.Houses are well lived-in and new development are scarce due to limited availability of land, hence re-development is common, buyers are much more interested with the location rather than the house. The windy road going around the hill slope limits the accessibility to Taman Bukit Pantai, which turns out to be a good thing, as fewer motorists will choose to cut through Bangsar via Taman Bukit Pantai.
