Bangsar Park is indeed a lovely neighborhood with lots of greenery if you have a property near Federal Hill. Because of its location which makes traveling to other parts of Klang Valley so easy and also because of the easily availability of many daily conveniences, houses here are always much sought after, whether for own dwellings or for investment purposes. This is so despite the houses being a fair bit old. But then, there is nothing some renovations can't do.
