It is well-known to deliver good quality and prompt delivery for its previous developments, including Seri Maya at Setiawangsa, and Cendana which located within KLCC enclave. One of U-Thant Residence main appeals is its freehold tenure, unlike most of its neighbors Ampersand and Brunsfied Residence which are of leasehold tenure. Residing in Jalan Ampang enclave, one will find much pleasant living experience with the greenery well-kept along the roadside unlike most of residential within KLCC vicinity. The enclave is always labeled as a green oasis within the chaotic city center. No wonder this so-called Embassy Row remains as among of the most sought after addresses in Kuala Lumpur.Being close to Petronas Twin Towers is also one of the appeals of U-Thant Residence. The condominium is located just about 2 kilometers away from the KLCC enclave. You can opt for Jalan U-Thant to connect to Jalan Tun Razak or Jalan Ampang to go straight into the heart of the city or heading north side of Jalan Tun Razak.
