In terms of accessibility, Tara is easily reachable via Jalan Ampang Hilir and Jalan 1/76. Jalan Ampang Hilir can be accessible from Jalan Ampang, Jalan Tun Razak and MRR2 highway. While Jalan 1/76 leads to Jalan Kampung Pandan and directs to Jalan Tun Razak and SMART highway. Jalan Ampang Hilir is a busy road at most times. Traffic congestion is a norm as motorists utilize the road to escape terrible traffic jam along Jalan Ampang. Due to the scarcity of land in KLCC enclave, Ampang Hilir seems to be transformed from an embassy enclave into a high-end residential neighborhood. The price tag of Tara has been stagnant for quite few years. But it has high potential to rise in the future following plenty of new residential developments in the area pricing from RM800 to RM3,000 psf.
