Seri Hening Residence is a great place to stay. It is preferred by the expatriates due to its close proximity to plenty of foreigner-friendly amenities and also just located within 3 km from KLCC. It is among the highest density residential in Ampang Hilir enclave. Most of the residential in here are low rises and comprise of less than 40 units. Besides Seri Hening, other high density and high rise condominiums within the area are Tara and Mutiara Upper East. Jalan Ampang Hilir is among the most congested road in Ampang. The road is used by thousands motorists to escape from far more terrible traffic congestion along Jalan Ampang. The rental rate at Seri Hening Residence is quite pricey, even though there are plenty advantages offered. For the same rate, one can rent a fully furnished and more exclusive unit in the area.
