    Menara Polo is strategically located within close proximity to the city centre. It is just 10 minutes away from KLCC. This condominium is a great place to call home for the locals and expatriates who want to live near to the city and escape the traffic. It is also surrounded by plenty of amenities (and cheap eateries too).The price of Menara Polo is stagnant for several years now at around RM220 psf. Even developer's units were still available till 2006. This might be due to several reasons. One of them is its area is not exclusive and surrounded by Malay villages and flats. Besides that, it is located right next to the high tension cable lines. It is well-known that this might harm residents towards radiation hazard from the electromagnetic field (EMF). Menara Polo is a great condominium for investment. It is no doubt that the area is growing into a better and exclusive neighborhood through new modern developments like Mutiara Upper East and upcoming Tan & Tan Developments' 3 Desa Pandan, which are priced way expensive than this. Even Mutiara Upper East is currently priced almost double than Menara Polo. The condominium offers high rental yield to its investor.Menara Polo is a good residential for the middle to high income earners. Its rental is not too expensive and you will enjoy great view of polo game which is played almost every weekend (only if you pick the ones facing the Selanngor Polo Club).
