The developer of the establishment is Solid Promenade, which was also responsible in the completion of UIAM buildings, Batu Hampar Dam and Sentul Utama Condominium. Damai 88 is strategically located along just off Jalan Ampang, which is the main route heading towards the the Kuala Lumpur city. Needless to say that Jalan Ampang could be very congested especially during the peak hours of the day. Although that factor may delay residents’ journey, the site is also conveniently located nearby my entrants of highways, such as SMART highway and MRR2, to name a few. On top of that, while the area is bombarded with residential developments, rest assured that it may not contribute much congestion as most of the establishments are kept at low density.
