D'Rapport will become one of the major landmarks along Jalan Ampang once it is completed. As it is located off Jalan Ampang where there are around 50 embassies and high commissioners along the road, the project would attract many expats, especially the Korean as South Korean Embassy is the nearest from the condo. In addition to that, there are Korean schools, some low rise apartments and older bungalows that are also located within the vicinity, which would bring the Korean investors into this enclave. According to the Korean Press director John K T Kim, after the United States, Malaysia is the second most popular choice for Korean to invest in real estate abroad due to the cheaper price offered in Malaysia. Unfortunately, Jalan Ampang is well-known for its congested traffic, especially during peak hours. With more constructions coming up and completing, the number of cars driving in and out from the only one exit and entrance next to the Shell Station, will definitely increase and add to the congestion.
