78 LAD is strategically located in the quite side of Ampang Hilir, being within close proximity to the city centre. The area is quiet once you get into Lorong Ampang from the main road. One of the drawbacks of 78 LAD is its ingress and egress. The only road access to the apartment is via Lorong Ampang, which can only be access from the hectic and congested Jalan Ampang. One will have a lot of difficulties to cross the road if you are coming from KLCC. The road is busy at most times and should probably take a U-turn at the traffic light junction at the Lanson Place Ambassador Row. Comparing 78 LAD to other condominiums in the area, this is priced quite low even though it is a very low-density residential. Its price tag has not changed much in the past few years. Its rental rate is also quite low as at just RM2.50 psf. Sadly, due to its low-density feature, its maintenance fee is charged at RM0.40 psf.
