Seri Austin is a township development by the renowned UM Land, via the group's wholly owned subsidiary, Dynasty View. Dynasty View has been established since 2005 and awarded the QLASSIC Certificate by Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) for Phase 2A1 Deanna I. Other prominent developments by UM Land are Seri Bukit Ceylon, Suasana Sentral Loft and Suasana Bangsar.The township is also to be equipped with high-speed broadband (HSBB UniFi) in 2 years time. This is following the agreement made between the developer and Telekom Malaysia Bhd and the developer to provide HSBB UniFi services at 316 units of 2-storey terrace house under the phase 3 of Seri Austin. Also, the township is the first township in Johor Bahru to implement the ‘Effective Microorganism’ (EM) program, which is hosted together with the local authority, MBJB.
