    Setia Sky 88 is boasting the highest launch prices to date within the Johor Bahru region. The sales at launch was overwhelming and 40% of the units were reported to be taken up by expats from all over the world, including Great Britain and Japan. The launching prices of RM750 psf up to RM1,000 psf were literally staggering as it was a first for a development in Johor. Tower C of Setia Sky 88 is in the works and prices started at RM1,500 psf.
