Taman Aman is a freehold housing development located in the town of Senai within the city of Johor Bahru and state of Johor. Located approximately 25 minutes away from the city centre of Johor, the Malaysia - Singapore checkpoint is about half an hour away while the Senai International Airport is about 10 minutes away. The houses in Taman Aman consist predominantly of single storey terrace houses with rather large built-ups of between 1,195 sf and 2,270 sf. These homes are excellent for small to medium sized families, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Public transportation will however be inconvenient, as there are no bus stops within walking distance of the neighbourhood. The main KTM station is however only about 20 minutes away by car, at the Kulai station.

Being located on the outskirts of the city is an advantage to the residents of Taman Aman, as they will have smooth flowing traffic almost throughout the day. Traffic does however take a turn for the worse during after work periods, where the road leading out from Jalan Lapangan Terbang is fairly congested, causing a crawl along a short stretch of the Senai Highway. The neighbourhood of Taman Aman is generally fairly peaceful, as it is mostly occupied by office workers, as well as the ground staff of the Senai International Airport and frequent travellers. The neighbourhood of Taman Aman is also fairly safe, with no reported crimes or major break-ins in the news. As an investment, Taman Aman looks like it will never make the market even with its freehold title as it is too far away from the Malaysia - Singapore borders. On top of that, most investors are now looking into property on the edges of the border such as Iskandar and Nusajaya. Those who are however not interested in making a profit, will find that Taman Aman is a pleasant place to call home and settle down.
