Ros Merah is located in an extremely good location where residents will have no fear of going without any amenities or necessities. There are however backlashes to the location, as many other people visit the area for the many banks available here, causing much traffic congestion during peak hours, especially at the traffic lights and the turn offs into the housing development.The residential neighbourhood of Ros Merah is fortunately set slightly back, therefore residents who live in the inner areas will have a resemblance of a quiet and peaceful life. The ones whose houses face the shops will however experience much problems of people parking in front of their houses in order to visit the many eateries here.Ros Merah is undoubtedly one of the better developments which is an excellent investment due to its location. Although it cannot be compared to the new developments on the borders of Johor and Singapore in terms of design, it is nevertheless an excellent investment as it is well located.
