The developer for Taman Pulai Emas, Esquire Corner was founded in 2004. The directors and shareholders are veterans in the industry, most of them having over 30 years of experience in developing properties. The developers have been involved in various developments mainly in Johor and Sabah. As of late, one of their developments in KL is garnering considerable attention, namely Hijauan Saujana near Ara Damansara. Though the location of Taman Pulai Emas is less than ideal as it is far away from townships, hospitals and the bustling Johor Bahru, the low population density is then, its saving grace. That coupled with is proximity to University Teknologi Malaysia, being less than 10 minutes away by car.
