Banks are also within walking distance as the locale is very vibrant. The closest hospital is Hospital Sultan Ismail approximately 3.4 kilometers away. Schools nearby include SRJK Chien Chi, SK Taman Permas Jaya, SK Taman Johor Jaya, and Sekolah Agama Bandar Permas Jaya. Accessibility to Prima Regency is excellent as it is located just off the Pasir Gudang Highway. Jalan Pandan is also easily accessed via the highway, linking to the Tebrau Highway.     Previously, the rental yield for Prima Regency was very high, at approximately 8 to 12%. However, as the property has appreciated significantly while the rental stagnated; it is less of a viable option to buy-and-rent now. Despite the passed opportunity for rental gains, there is still potential for capital appreciation as it is located near several reputable developments, such as the Daiman 18 Golf Club. Security would not be much of an issue as the location is in very close proximity to a police station.
