Scientex Berhad is a relatively new developer in the property market looking to build a name for themselves. They have done themselves credit with making good on their promises on Taman Scientex. They are looking to further their developments in the booming area of Iskandar Malaysia.Taman Scientex is located in one of the better areas of Taman Gudang with good connectivity. Due to the high density population, residents will however face traffic congestion on a daily basis, especially during peak hours where the traffic on Jalan Besar is especially congested. The roads are however usually smooth in the daytime.Taman Scientex shows good potential as an investment, as it is still yet to be completed. Once completed, it will according to the developer house over 13,000 units of houses and over 400 units of commercial property. Construction is still ongoing now in the area; however if its promise is fulfilled, Taman Scientex will be an extremely lively town.
