The closest medical centre is the Pakar Puteri Hospital which is about 20 minutes away.Taman Megah Ria is a very well connected housing development that sits just off the Pasir Gudang Highway. Residents can get to both the Johor Bahru town and Singapore by car easily via Jalan Pantai which provides an almost direct route to the Malaysia - Singapore borders. There are unfortunately no public bus stops within walking distance.

    Taman Megah Ria is a very well located mixed development, connected via two main roads that provide good connectivity. However, due to the high density of shops and residential development, congestion is an issue. Traffic is usually smooth flowing during the day with bad congestions along parts of Jalan Pantai while peak hours will see Jalan Pantai clear but the Pasir Gudang Highway with extremely bad congestion.Taman Megah Ria is a fluid neighbourhood with much activity, hustle and bustle, not suitable for those who crave peace and silence after work. Perhaps due to this very busy lifestyle, there have also been a number of cases regarding snatch thefts in the area, as well as a random case of a stolen car. The prices of property in Taman Megah Ria skyrocketed with the property boom along the borders, owing to the fact that it is located extremely close to the borders, providing residents with easy access to Singapore. As such it appears to be a good investment, as well as a good place to stay for those who work or study across the borders.
