    Residents of Taman Mawar generally enjoy smooth flowing traffic throughout the day, due to their excellent connectivity to many main roads. Traffic however takes a turn for the worst during peak hours, where vehicles can be seen coming to a standstill especially on the main trunk road Jalan Besar, especially at the slip roads.The lifestyle of residents in Taman Mawar can be said to be busy and hectic as it is situated in the heat of action. It is said that many of the flat's tenants are foreigners who work in the close by factories, but contrary to common perception, they are reported to have integrated themselves seamlessly into the local's way of life and are peaceful and friendly.In spite of Taman Mawar's excellent location, it would not be deemed to be a good investment due to its leasehold title. It is however the perfect place to call home if buyers like the city life, as they will be within walking distance of all necessities and amenities; a comfort that many of the old residents are reluctant to leave behind when the move out.
