Residents of Taman Flora Heights live a quiet lifestyle, hidden in the inner parts of Pasir Gudang among trees and nature. The only layback is the fact that there is only one road leading in, which would be a problem during the congested peak hours where the residents will need to fight their way through traffic just to get home. There are no alternative routes either, which causes much chagrin among the residents here.Despite the seemingly peaceful outlook of Taman Flora Heights, there have been many nightmarish incidents; some even making the international headlines. Just two years ago in 2012, the charred remains of a murder victim was found in the area with the murderer sentenced to death just last year in 2013. Also within the same area have been reports of drug trafficking where the drugs are worth RM31 million, with firearms involved, where the drugs were believed to have been sold to neighbouring countries.Taman Flora Heights does not show any promise of price appreciation; not just because of its secluded location very far from town, but also because of its history. Aside from that, the low cost homes here especially the apartment, does not carry any appeal as they are not in the least bit maintained at all.
