    There was on going issue with the gated and guarded since year 2011 and has caused a lot of tension between the developer and Nusa Sentral buyers as it was supposed to be a gated and guarded area as promised by the developer but was not fulfilled. Some buyers were fumed by the developer’s attitude of, as they have put it, ignoring their concerns. There were also concerns on the quality of the materials used for the construction of certain units at Nusa Sentral are not as good as mentioned for example some buyers mentioned about the window panels in the master bedroom being flimsy. However, some of the buyers who went to the construction site have mentioned that there is already a guard house being set up and the perimeter fencing construction has taken place which was a relief to many of the buyers. Now that the perimeter fencing is up, buyers are hoping that the CCTV and access card facilities will follow suit.
