The Johor Bahru Township is approximately 2 kilometers away, along with City Square, where a vast range of amenities could be found, including banks, eateries, and retail shops. Nearby schools include SMK Sultanah Engku Tun Aminah, Tun Dr Ismail International School of Johor, and SMK Infant Jesus Convent. There is one tertiary institution nearby which is Monash University. Indah Samudra is located relatively near to the causeway, thus ideal for daily commuters to stay, being merely 5 to 10 minutes from the CIQ depending on traffic. Jalan Lingkaran Dalam connects the condo to the rest of Johor Bahru.

    Indah Samudra is located at prime location, simply by being so near to the CIQ where thousands of people commute daily into Singapore to make a living. As the facilities within the condominium, as well as its location being desirable, a rent of RM2 to RM3.5 psf is not far-fetched at all depending on condition and view. The units here are therefore excellent in terms of investment return. The population density for the area surrounding the condominium is also relative low as compared to the rest of Johor Bahru. One of the major concerns for potential purchasers would be the age of the building, as renovations of a substantial scale are to be expected after 20 years. Also, the condominium being leasehold means that the remaining duration of the lease is also to be considered when investing on such a property, mainly due to the fact that renewal of leases can be legally complicated procedure and financing to buy a property with less than 50 years remaining could prove to be more difficult to obtain.
