They were the first to introduce resort style living to residential properties in Tropicana Golf & Country Club which was their signature flagship project. They have won many awards over the years for Best Landscape, Best Residential Development and Best Residential High-Rise Development amongst the few. Their latest award was won this year from BCI Asia Awards for BCI Asia Top 10 Developers 2013.Tropez Residences is expected to go down as another one of their highly successful residential developments. It is strategically located with no traffic congestion at all within the vicinity and set amongst peace and serenity, perfect for participants of the modern day rat race. There have been complaints about the price psf being high for its location, but that has not stopped investors from snapping up prime units. As an investment Tropez Residences has no rental value as Singaporeans will probably not be interested in renting such an expensive unit; they would prefer to save up to buy a place of their own.
