Analysis
There were some disappointments voiced by early buyers during the hand-over stage, as Villa Wangsamas was delayed for several times. After that, some claimed that the workmanship and quality delivered were not as good as expected. One can even see the external wall crack lines from the road. Besides, each unit is at 45-degree angle design with the slightly tilted building can be seen from afar. As there are several corners in each room and area, some space will not be very useful. The Sri Rampai LRT Station may seem near when looking at the map. However, in reality, one has to take a long walk to the station as there is no short cut to reach there. Most of the tenants appear to be foreigners who enjoy the low rent, compared to the other apartments in the area. Although Villa Wangsamas is considered as an affordable condominium to reside in, there are valid reasons for the low price. For rental yield purpose, there still seem to be a market for it. However, most home owners choose to not stay there for their own purposes. One thing that is certain is both tenants and owners are wary of the developer.
