    Medini Signature was developed by One Medini, a subsidiary firm of WCT Land. This firm is well known for it's Bandar Bukit Tinggi 1 and Bandar Bukit Tinggi 2 townships, as well as for developing Aeon Bukit Tinggi Shopping Centre, Paradigm Mall, Sepang International Circuit and Kota Kinabalu International Airport. Residences such as D'Banyan Residency and 1 Medini is also developed by this firm. The developer of Medini Signature offers complimentary air-conditioner, instant water heaters, fitted kitchen cabinets and bedroom wardrobe for all units. Unlike other development in this region, this development doesn't have RM500,000 limit for foreign buyers. Currently all Type A, B, C and D units are entirely sold out and most of the buyers are foreigners. Only Type E, F and G are available now with limited units.
