There are two types of titles that one could purchase from Ambang Suria, one of which is the leasehold land with master title, which is cheaper at RM18 psf; and the individual title for the leasehold land, which is at RM25 psf. Apart from that, certain parts of Ambang Suria is located in close proximity to high tension wires, and buyers should be well aware of them when picking out plots.In terms of future potential, the State Government of Selangor has designated Bandar Puncak Alam and its neighboring towns such as Batang Berjuntai and Batu Arang to be the "Education Town", where 20 tertiary institutions will be housed upon completion, including Universiti Industri Selangor, a Malaysia - Japan Technical University.
