    St Mary Residences第一期楼盘(C座)反应非常热烈,于2009年6月推出的短短10天内,八成单位很快就销售一空,买家主要是本地投资者,主要是放租给外国租客;第二期楼盘(A座)则瞄准外国买家,所以曾前往新加坡、中国和印尼进行足校促销活动,销售反映不俗。这主要归功于产业的地理位置优越,距离KLCC不远,而且是商业中心点,四处都是商场、夜蒲点、酒吧和办公楼,还可以遥望吉隆坡地标夜景——国油双峰塔。作为投资产业,St Mary Residences的潜能根本不用多说,目前,每平方尺的叫价大约是RM1,300,除了住宅单位,A座还有34,000 sf 的零售店单位。
