Star Regency is located closely to numerous amenities and tourist hotpot. Yet, this hotel does not get a good review from its previous customers. Mostly tenants complain that the rooms are not the same as the pictures shown in the website and most of the hotel facilities are not available too. The rooms tend to be unorganised most of the times and some even complain about spoiled water heater and unable to flush toilets. Star Regency also comes with horrified history, as this place has been always linked with bizarre supernatural events. It is said that there are two people, a maid and a man, who had committed suicide in this hotel earlier and the tenants had experienced unusual happenings such as hearing noises, footsteps, whispers and so on. Overall, this hotel does not provide a good service for its tenants and there are numerous other hotels available in this vicinity for the vacationers whom are dreaming of having a memorable vacation.
