Residents can usually expect a massive amount of traffic travelling on Jalan Song Ban Keng after work, where traffic can come to a complete standstill at certain points.Taman Bukit Kecil offers a very pleasant living environment with much greenery amidst a peaceful and quiet environment. As one of the pricier housing developments in Bukit Mertajam, buyers can expect most of their neighbours to be white collared workers. Owners will however need to be wary of thieves, as break-ins have been reported before; although it was halted by the owner's guard dog before the deed was completed.Taman Bukit Kecil seems to offer good investment opportunities, as besides being built on freehold land, buyers can also usually expect pleasant neighbours.
