Despite its medium cost status, Permai Ria is strategically located on a premium area surrounded by tourists attractions, a great view of the beach and is also close to the town area. In terms of investment, capital gain would be unlikely due to the age of the building. However, units in Permai Ria can be easily rented out to students, tourists, working professionals and families who would like to get away from the hustle-and-bustle of the city after working hours are over. Do note though that every unit only comes with one car park slot, which could be inconvenient for those who need to transit to the town area frequently. Also, as the 2009 December tsunami has demonstrated, the Tanjung Bungah beach can also become a deadly area to be in should the tremors of the tsunami hit Penang shores again.
