Symphony Court is a cosy apartment complex in Bandar Baru Ampang. Situated in a residential locality, residents there enjoy many services. There is also a Carrefour hypermarket nearby, police station and a weekly pasar malam. As the apartments are quite close to Jalan Ampang, accessibility to the city center is only a 15 minutes drive away. Commuters can also use the Ampang Elevated highway and MRR2 to get to various parts of the city as well. Symphony Court was built by Talam Corporation more than 10 years ago. The building looks tired and in need of new paint. Parking bays are all open-air lots facing the blocks. There are not many facilities within the compound and as such, maintenance fees are only RM45 per month. For investment, the units are affordable at only RM118 psf onwards for a basic unit. Rentals bring in RM700 monthly at least and are closer to the main-road and shops as compared to other apartments in the vicinity.
