In year 2006, the retaining wall between Estana Court and Taman Ukay Bistari which was only built for a few months by Talam collapsed after a heavy downpour. Mud had been washed down and clogged up the drains and residents have stated that this is not the first time this had happened. There have also been many complaints by the residents over issues such as individual letter boxed being installed but not being maintained and thus, many letter boxes has been damaged. The repairing works for Bomba tank and the hose reel pipers were also not maintained in the apartment and the repairs for the water tanks were also not done. There were also cases of residents robbed at Jalan Ukay Perdana. A former senior police officer was robbed off RM30,000 in valuables in Jalan Ukay Perdana at 5am. He was robbed by 3 Indonesian men armed with parang which had managed to gain entry to his home. They towed away several laptops, watches, jewelry and other valuables.
