Analysis
Many investors who chipped into Saville believed that it is a good investment, as it is priced at RM388 psf which is lower than the high density studio serviced apartment Gaya in Melawati and 3 Residen, which are tagged at RM440 psf and RM406 psf respectively during the launch. However, Saville is not located within established area as it is surrounded by villages and next to a dying commercial centre. Also, it is right next to a ramp from Jalan Genting Klang to MRR2 which is just about 100m away. Hence, it is believed that units located near to it will experience noise pollution from these busy roads and ramps.
