Alam Nusantara is a well-located housing estate within Setia Alam township. The architecture of the houses is very well designed with a few concepts including modern and traditional contemporary facade. However, in terms of materials quality and finishing, SP Setia is way better compared to PKNS. Similar 2-storey houses from SP Setia are currently tagged at about the same price (with a little bit more expensive).
