    Setia Sky Residences is part of government planning on rebuilding Kampung Baru into a commercial and culture hub, adjacent to Wawasan 2020 KL Plan. The development will completely change Kampung Baru into a modern enclave but maintains its Malay elements. Modern and chic residential towers, office suites and shop lots will be developed in the enclave in the future. Thus, in few years time after Setia Sky Residences is completed, the Kampung Baru area will be modern and bustling with business activities. This will add exclusivity and revamp the village image of the area. Among the distinctive features at Setia Sky Residences are Sky Club, Sky Villas and Sky Deck. Sky Club is located at Level 34, that comprises of an infinity swimming pool, sauna with private Onsen baths, gymnasium, yoga area, deck area and garden. Furthermore, Sky Villas comprises of a number of entertainment chalets which come with dining rooms, sofas and kitchens - designed for parties and private gatherings. The Sky Deck is a family recreational area which equipped with a 50-meter lap pool, Jacuzzis, spa garden and barbeque area. High density factor is a turn off for Setia Sky Residences. Within similar pricing, there are plenty lower density residential located in KLCC enclave and Embassy Row. With 881 units available once all the development is completed, it will be lacking of exclusivity and privacy, compared to others in the area. Setia Sky Residences also lacks of public transportation. The nearest train transportation is at Pekeliling Monorail and LRT stations, Kampung Baru LRT station and Ampang Park LRT station - all are not within walking distance. Thus, residents would have to rely on other mean of transportation like taxi and bus. Traffic congestion is quite bad in the area. Jalan Raja Muda Abdul Aziz is usually congested because of the traffic light junctions at the General Hospital and intersection to Jalan Tun Razak. While traffic jam along Jalan Tun Razak is a norm at most times. In terms of pricing, Setia Sky Residences seems quite high as it is about 1 kilometre away from KLCC. At similar price, one can purchase a condominium within short walking distance to KLCC and LRT station. But if we compare in terms of design, without a doubt, Setia Sky Residences will stand out as the most stylish and modern apartment in the area.
