If you are looking for a sub-urban getaway surrounded by leisurely activities such as golf, Templer Villas is definitely the place to consider. Golf enthusiasts would truly enjoy this place. The landscaping definitely looks well kept, and it is a very low-density area. In terms of the clubhouse, the outer appearance of Templer Villas looks good. However, not much can be said about the quality of the facilities inside. Located along the Rawang highway, it is good if you are heading from north.With great hilly surroundings, one would say that Templer Villas would be good if you would not be going down to KL much often. This place is ideal for a holiday home or a family home, or if you wish to live within a jungle which is near the city centre. Besides the golf club, one may not personally find Templer Villas attractive, neither does it have any value for money. The golf club became the venue for the Malaysian Open in 1995, 1996 and 2000. Tourists would find this place interesting, but settling down here, maybe not so. It is a place for nature lovers. It is peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.
