    Damansara Residensi is not doing very well in the market, as one of the reasons is that it is directly located behind 2 petrol stations – BHP and Petronas. It is always known that properties located next to petrol station will not do well, as people are afraid that it will harm the family in case it is in fire. And it is also because people do not like the smell and the flood of flash flight all night long. Besides that, Damansara Residensi is also not preferred because of the stairs. As we know, the most preferred landed property is 2-storey house, and anything higher than that, people hate to climb the high flight of stairs just to go to their respective rooms.
