IJM Land and Amona Development launch affordable housing in Pantai Sentral Park

PETALING JAYA: IJM Land Bhd and Amona Development have joined hands to support the government’s initiative, Rumah Mampu Milik Wilayah Persekutuan (RUMAWIP) by developing Suria Pantai, a housing project with an affordable price of RM275,000.

According to IJM Land Bhd senior general manager  Datuk Hoo Kim See, Suria Pantai is located in the Golden Triangle of Klang Valley. “It is one of KL’s most affordable and accessible addresses for residences, with its position within reach of amenities as well as paths of connection,” said Hoo, adding that the development is about three km to Midvalley and five km to KL Sentral.

Lembah Pantai member of parliament YB Fahmi Fazdil commended both IJM Land and Amona Development for their commitment to making more affordable homes.  “To have a beautiful home in a scenic area with all the amenities provided, I must say that you are all very lucky to have been able to secure a unit,” said Fahmi. With a 75% take-up rate out of 896 units in total, the low-density Suria Pantai development offers sufficient built-up space measuring 810 sq ft in a building that comprises of 34 floors with 26 units per floor.

Homeowners are entitled to one parking spot in the covered car park for each unit. The affordable apartment will be complemented with facilities that include a swimming pool, a playground, and a multipurpose hall for work and play. Additionally, Suria Pantai is gated with a security service to ensure the safety of its dwellers.
