CyberSquare emphasises comfort and convenience in its overall design, specially designed for those with an energetic lifestyle
FROM a construction company back in 1979, Binastra Land Sdn Bhd has grown into a reputable boutique property developer since venturing into the property development business in 2005.
Its well-designed CyberSquare mixed development project in Cyberjaya recently won The Small is BIG Excellence Award of the StarProperty.my Awards 2017.
Located at the city centre of Cyberjaya and surrounded by a network of highways and expressways, CyberSquare is only 20 minutes away from Kuala Lumpur as well as the Kuala Lumpur International Airport and only a few minutes away from Putrajaya, the administrative capital of Malaysia.
The freehold development project comprises four SoHo (small office/home of ce) towers, shop of ces and six-storey signature of ces.
Much emphasis is placed on the comfort of residents in its overall design approach such as complementing the energetic lifestyles of prospective owners.
Although the units are relatively small, the optimal use of spatial configuration maximises the comfort and convenience for residents.
To ensure efficient airflow, the four blocks of the SoHo towers are built at an angle to maximise the space between them. This meticulous planning has helped to promote air circulation and reduce heat gain, which in turn lessens energy consumption.
Residents will be able to enjoy full access to communal facilities, including a gym, a swimming pool and a futsal court, for a healthy and energetic lifestyle. The two recreational areas on the seventh oor and the rooftop are decorated with lush greenery and water features to create a serene and breezy environment.
Among the technological infrastructure at CyberSquare is high-visibility lighting along the immediate roads to ensure easy navigation, and vibrant architectural lighting on the façade of the development to enhance aesthetic value and visibility.
In an effort to reduce carbon emissions and provide convenience for the residents, a modern bus stop has been placed directly in front of CyberSquare to reduce the need for car usage. The public transport connection covers various parts of Cyberjaya and Selangor, while linking seamlessly to trains such as the Express Rail Link (ERL) and KTM.
Also servicing the area is a fleet of WiFi-enabled Dedicated Transportation System (DTS) busses covering Klang Valley, Banting, Klang and Seremban.
Moving forward, Binastra Land plans to launch two projects with a gross development value of RM700mil, namely Citizen2 and Sinaran@Wangsa Maju in the second and third quarter of the year.
Citizen2, which is next to its Citizen project, consists of three towers with a total of 837 units. It is targeted at rst-time homebuyers and families who are looking for a strategic location, a host of facilities and excellent connectivity.
Sinaran@Wangsa Maju presents an exciting choice, with a superb location next to Alpha Angle Jusco@Wangsa Maju and other existing commercial centres. The Wangsa Maju LRT station is within walking distance.
Binastra Land, which has managed to build a name as a reputable niche developer with its award-winning projects such as The Park@Bukit Serdang and Cybersquare@Cyberjaya, will continue to provide quality products to first-time homebuyers and young families.
