KUALA LUMPUR: The 29th of June marked the official launch of Upperville @ 16 Quartz, Melawati. Well-known singer Siti Sarah Raisuddin was also invited to perform during the launch at Melawati Mall.

Since the raya mood was still apparent, an Artisan Raya Bazaar was set up and guests were able to enjoy the activities there such as the Henna and Batik Chanting (free upon registration at the counter). A total of RM15,000 lucky draw prizes were also given away during the launch.

Located between a proposed UNESCO Heritage site, the Klang Gates Quartz Ridge, Upperville is a sanctuary for the everyday city hustler with a love for nature. The development sits upon a 2.7-acre land and is situated at one of the highest points in Melawati.

While the location is home to many million-dollar developments, Upperville offers an affordable price starting from RM559,000 for a three bedroom unit. Comprising of only 176 condominium units (from 1,050 to 1,176 sq ft) the low-density enclave maintains the exclusivity and privacy of the community.

Upperville also comes with facilities such as swimming pools, jacuzzi, a treehouse playground, fitness gymnasium, pool deck, BBQ party corner and a multipurpose hall for work and play. Additionally, Upperville is gated with a multilayer of security to ensure the safety of its residents.

According to Chuah, Upperville allows owners to enjoy city conveniences while enjoying the tranquil lifestyle that the area offers. Established amenities and highway communities are all within the mature neighbourhood of Taman Melawati, making this locale an excellent place for families to place their roots.
