What’s the sentiment in the local real estate market?

Here are some numbers that reflect the general view of the public according to StarProperty.my Buyers’ Sentiment Survey 2017.

Will the property market get worse in the next six months?
35.32% said YES.

Are you aware that all real estate negotiators must now wear authorized tag issued by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents (BOVAEA) when conducting business?
56.35% said NO.

78.41% prefer landed properties.

43.65% prefer houses between the range of RM300,000 to RM500,000.
