About Desmond Ho

Desmond Ho grew up in the heartlands of the cultural melting pot that is Malacca, spending his childhood amidst close friends from a diversity of races.

30 years later, he has successfully blended both nature and culture into Neo Nusantara, a company that he founded in year 2000. Not only are his gardens’ design based on the five-senses philosophy but he also incorporates Malaysia’s cultural heritage into a concept that all Malaysians can be proud of.

Truly a Malacca-born kampong boy, Ho has achieved many milestones, including introducing Malaysian artistic and cultural products into Europe via the Giardina 2005 International Garden & Lifestyle event, and through exports to United Kingdom.
